IMPORTANT — SHIPPING TO EU
As of Dec 13 2024, we are currently unable to ship to the EU like normal due to the new GPSR regulations.
Currently, I believe I am able to ship to the EU if the order can fit in a small flat letter. For example:
- 2-3 confetti packs ( 4 maximum)
- tuziverse sticker sheets
I know this will be annoying for you and for me to figure out what will fit into a small letter and what won’t — but if you did want any stickers, this will be the only way currently for orders to be shipped to the EU!
This also means that any orders that contain too many confetti packs, contains washi tape, non flat items (like stickerbooks or sticker folders), will be automatically cancelled.
Shipping Options
Shipping rates are calculated based on your order weight and volume. You can see the shipping options available for your order at checkout.
The shipping options are based on weight as well as countries. They mainly split into the UK, and Rest of world. World is split into 3 zones - you can find more information on the royal mail website HERE
Zone 1 consists of North America (excluding USA), South America, Africa, the Middle
East, the Far East and South East Asia
Zone 2 consists of territories including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore
Zone 3 consists only of the USA.
Tracking
Please note that if you choose a shipping option with no tracking or if tracking isn't offered in your country, we cannot take responsibility for loss or damage by postal services. We recommend choosing tracked shipping options if you are concerned about packages being lost! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR TRACKED SHIPPING TO PREVENT LOST MAIL!!
Customs and Duties
For customers outside of the UK, you may be charged customs and duties for your parcel, any import taxes + fees, including VAT, are the customer's responsibility. I don’t collect nor remit VAT, so it will be collected by your country's customs office upon the packages arrival.
Order Processing Time
All orders will be shipped out within 7 business days from the order date and you will receive a notification email/text once your order has been shipped. We will also post on our instagram when orders are shipped so look out for that as well.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to address errors, we will ship the order once again once additional shipping fees are paid. if a mistake in the address was made by us, then no additional shipping fees will be charged.
Lost or Delayed Mail
Due to TUZI being a small business, we are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or damaged mail done by the postal service. We can help make claims for any postal issues after 25 business days since the day of shipping. We will do our best to help solve the situation however, postal issues are out of our control.
