REFUNDS & RETURNS
Since this is a small, home-run business, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please be 100% sure before ordering. 

ORDER ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you received the wrong item. Please have photo proof, a video of the unboxing will be the best type of proof but a photo of a defective item can also be used. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages damaged or lost by postal services.
