When does your shop open?
Tuzi markets open on a monthly basis. The shop/website is only open for 7 days at a time to ensure that all orders are processed in a timely manner. Market opening dates will always be announced on our
instagram so follow the shop there for the newest updates!

How long will it take for my orders to be shipped out?
I try to process all my orders within 4-5 working days and you will then receive an email informing you that your order has been shipped!

Where is this store located?
Tuzi studio is located in London, UK. I ship internationally, via Royal Mail.

What currency are the displayed prices?
All prices are in Great British Pound (GBP - £)

Is my order eligible for FREE SHIPPING?
Your order is eligible for free shipping if the total £ amount of your order (after rep codes/discount codes have been used) is over £80! If so, please use code ‘FREESHIPPING’ to get free tracked shipping for your order!

When will I receive my order? 
All orders will take up to 7 days to be processed and you will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.

Local UK orders are shipping with 1st class mail and will take 1-2 days to reach you once order is shipped.

International orders will take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to 4+ weeks to reach you after your order is shipped. For some countries, packages will take longer to go through customs and some delays can be expected during the holiday period!

*i highly highly recommend to select tracked shipping to prevent lost mails!

Can I change something in my order? 
I am unable to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please be absolutely sure before placing an order. If you need to change the mailing address, please
contact us ASAP. Once the order is shipped, it is unfortunately out of my control.

note: all stickers are hand-made/hand-cut and printed at home by myself personally, so there may be some inconsistencies in certain areas of the sticker sheet

How long will you take to get back to my queries?
I try to aim to respond to your queries within 24h but please give me a couple days! For the best way to get in touch about a query or order issue, please email me at hello@tuzistudio.com (no dms!)

Am I able to get a refund?
We do not accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All items are final sale, unless otherwise stated. However, If you receive an order that is damaged or contain missing items, please contact me at

Is my personal information kept private?
Yes. All customers' personal information are treated with utmost confidentiality.
